We created an administration saving digital home, omnichannel sales campaigns and 17 metre wide video installations for the external walls of one of CBRE’s premiere Perth CBD properties, Cloisters.

The Cloisters complex has transformed over the past five years. It started with a $70 million transformation incorporating the commercial buildings at 861 – 863 Hay Street and 200 St Georges Terrace, a new retail arcade and urban courtyard, followed by the recent refurbishment of the historic Cloisters building on St Georges Terrace.

Our contributions have included a new website complete with a secure, simple to use maintenance and support ticking system for tenants and contractors, ‘shop to win’ campaigns that have increased foot traffic and repeat customers to their retail arcade and videos for the media screens that take up much of the complex’s external walls on Hay Street adding vibrancy and atmosphere to the precinct day and night.
